At app-mylisb, your privacy is foundational — not an afterthought. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the rights you hold over it. Please read it carefully.
We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, government-issued ID details, and financial account information necessary to operate the app-mylisb service.
We also collect technical data automatically: device identifiers, IP address, browser type, operating system, and in-app usage events (screens visited, features used, session duration).
We may collect location data only when you explicitly grant permission, solely to verify transactions and detect fraud.
Your data is used to create and manage your account, process payments and transfers, provide customer support, and send service-critical notifications.
We use aggregated, anonymised analytics to improve product features and user experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We may use your contact details to send you product updates or promotional offers where you have given explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
We share data with regulated payment processors, identity-verification providers, and cloud infrastructure partners strictly necessary to deliver the service. All processors are bound by data processing agreements.
We may disclose information to competent regulatory authorities (e.g. FCA, FinCEN) when required by law or to prevent fraud.
We do not share personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
We retain account data for the duration of your relationship with app-mylisb and for up to 7 years after account closure to comply with financial regulations and tax obligations.
Technical logs are retained for 90 days. Anonymised analytics data may be kept indefinitely.
app-mylisb protects your data using AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and multi-factor authentication. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel under strict need-to-know controls.
We conduct regular third-party penetration tests and maintain ISO 27001-aligned security practices. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by GDPR.
app-mylisb services are intended solely for individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before they take effect.
The 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
